On a recent project in Las Vegas we rented a C10 locally. Once onsite, I realized it was missing the on-board red pen to control the touch screen with. The location we were scanning had an empty bar, and I luckily I was able to find a plastic drink sword which did the trick :)

Back in fall of 2012. Testing out the capabilities of the new Leica P20. Turns out its fast enough to capture a wake boarder in mid-flight!

One of our Architect clients wanted to scan a golf clubhouse for preliminary design and renderings, pre-award, but couldn't obtain permission from the client to survey onsite.
Mission: to acquire 3D point cloud behind property lines undetected :)
Outcome: Single setup was collected, and basic dimensions for preliminary design were extracted in Revit.

Project from last fall. Saw chance of rain, but had already booked flights. Rented a car with rear hatch that provided some flexibility during mist or light rain, and let me complete the project on-time.
